Work begins only after:

  • Client confirmation of service scope.
  • Advance payment as per agreed quotation.

Each project鈥檚 delivery time varies depending on:

  • Research complexity
  • Word count / chapter length
  • Journal or university requirements

Estimated delivery timelines are always communicated in writing before project commencement.

We provide one complimentary revision for each deliverable within 7 days of delivery, if the revision request aligns with the original scope.
Additional changes or new requirements may incur extra charges.

Refunds are not applicable once the work has begun or been delivered.
However, partial refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • Payment was made by error or duplication.
  • The service could not be initiated due to unforeseen internal issues.

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of The Research Partner management.

All completed work is shared via:

  • Secure cloud storage link (Google Drive / Dropbox)
